Stephen has been in his current role at Frost & Sullivan for five years. In this capacity, he is particularly interested in the movement toward a digital, platform-based, technology-enabled future.
Stephen came to Frost & Sullivan from global Business Process Management provider Stream Global Services, where he focused on go-to-market strategies for specific industry vertical markets, and led efforts in competitive intelligence. Stephen also spent close to seven years on the Business Process Management team at market intelligence firm IDC, where he helped grow practice revenue and expand regional analyst coverage in Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
Stephen has an M.A. from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy and Washington, D.C., and a B.A., Phi Beta Kappa, from Colby College in Waterville, Maine.
He is based in Washington, D.C.
