María Alejandra Tulipano
Maria Alejandra has a Bachelor's degree in Law and Political Sciences from Santa Maria La Antigua University in Panama; she also has a master's degree in International Legal Studies at American University, Washington College of Law.
She is partner at Consortium El Salvador since 2010. Advises national and international clients in foreign direct investment, corporate law, public or private negotiation and execution of contracts; distribution relations; the structuring and implementation of infrastructure projects; energy and aeronautics regulated sectors, and topics related to new technologies. Maria Alejandra also has wide experience in State Contracting, structuring of projects of great wingspan and has participated in Public-Private Partnerships evaluation processes in representation of national and international companies.
She actively participates in the review of blueprints and law projects, including investment laws, and participates in drafting reforms for Corporate Government.
Mrs. Tulipano has been teaching Public and Private International Law at Jose Simeon Cañas Central American University (UCA).
Mrs. Tulipano´s professional practice has been recognized internationally by Latin Lawyers and Who´s Who Latin America.
